I like a strong supporting cast and Enthrall certainly has them in spades! I also like it when naive girls take on the dominants and Mia certainly does.I was simply hooked on this from start to finish. I like it when there are characters that are manipulative and then leave you feeling a bit apprehensive of what they are up to. Enthrall had everything in it that I enjoy to make this a really hard to put down read in my opinion.I like the heroine to be naive and never having experienced the BDSM world before. Review 2: Holy hell batman! I'm more like scoring this zinger of a read a well earned 4.5 stars! What a ride I've just been on thanks to Vanessa Fewings! I was caught up in Mia's story immediately. I enjoyed the story and am off to start book 2. I think for a starter book to a trilogy, this book does well in getting you to know about the characters and the club set-up.My only criticism would be it seemed like the author was merrily writing and then went oooh shiny and went off on a tangent! But then she brought it back round. I was expecting it to be much more hardcore BDSM, but there was actually very little sexual situations in it, far less than I would expect after reading the blurb. Richard couldn’t do anything without running it past Cameron and Cameron was the ultimate manipulator. more thought they might actually have been lovers in the past. Richard and Cameron had an unusual relationship. You know something’s about to change, but you don’t know when it’s going to happen and that’s what keeps you reading.I felt invested in the characters. Page upon page, chapter upon chapter of setting out the stall. One minute you think oh yeh Cam is going to pursue her but then in the next breath, Richard makes a play for her. This book is what I would call a scene setter. You just know there’s going to be an enlightenment, but what’s different about this book is who exactly is going to enlighten her. Review 1: Young, innocent girl takes a job in a Fetish Club working alongside two top Dominants and two Mistresses that pop in and out the book.
